I had an issue with a nest thermostat for a heat pump. Tyler came out and fixed it.
Brian Henry did a great job this morning maintaining our water heater. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even shared his own supply of cleaner to help us with toilet stains.
Evan was excellent. He was prompt and efficient in resolving the problem.
Brian was very pleasant and took the time to explain what a new water heater would entail, as well as quoting us a price. While we were surprised at the expense, he was kind enough to explain difference between different types which helped us to choose your company.
Luis came to check out why my mother's AC was not working in our miserable heat here in Atlanta. He was able to identify the problem with one of the units as she has two. He found the part returned first thing in the morning. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all kept my 89 year-old mother entertained with his wonderful fleet, sweet personality. So glad we joined their membership program. It has been very valuable.

The Cheeky HVAC technicians, Nikita and Joshua, were two of the best service techs ever to come to our home. The were professional, courteous, patient, and thorough. They quickly located the bare wires in the communication cable running from the furnace to the condenser, which was causing the condenser to lose communication with the furnace and not turn on. The inside temperature in our home was 82 degrees when they arrived. Before they left the house was already starting to cool down. I cannot say how pleased my wife and I were with this service call.
Luis was an absolute fantastic "teacher" for me and he did it with the greatest of respect and kindness.
