I was concerned about residue coming out the HVAC vents in my home so I contacted Cheeky to do an inspection of the overall duct system. We knew there were likely inefficiencies in the system due to the age of the house and it is reflected in the energy bills! During some small upgrades a year ago, we did suspect there were some gaps and leaks in the ductwork. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained several options to help correct multiple issues as he inspected the ductwork in our crawlspace. He answered all my questions, assured me the concerns could be corrected and allowed me to choose which option made the most sense for us. I trust Chris' experience and Cheeky's reputation since they also serviced my previous home. I can't wait for the work to be completed, knowing the investment will correct issues that we will not need to address again.

Another example of the 5 Star service earned by Cheeky Heating, Cooling and Plumbing's Technicians. Last week, Tech Tyler McNeal came out to perform a scheduled maintenance check on our home's plumbing system. As is standard procedure, we received a reminder call that AM, a call when he was about 20 min.out, and yes he always had the blue shoe covers on when walking through our home.
Tyler was thorough, checking the water heater, toilets, faucets and outside spigots for leaks, water pressure and potential problems.
When finished with the maint. check he explained all that was done, asking if we had any questions.
I can't say enough good relating to CHEEKY, their work or their tech's.
