Nikita was efficient and very communicative as to what I needed to do.Even though my situation is not what I wanted to hear he was very patient and explaining all of the things that I need to do I will definitely continue my service.

Had a great experience with Chris Kovach and Cheeky Heating and Cooling. A/C went out over a very hot weekend. Called Cheeky on Monday morning and Chris was at my house that afternoon. Our 25yr old unit had self imploded. Chris was able to over many options, including a full replacement. After talking to my wife that evening, texted Chris that we would like to move forward with the replacement after hours. He responded quickly, even thought it was after normal business hours, and had installers at my house the next morning at 9AM. Installers Montana and Charlie did an amazing job of getting the new system up and running, while removing the old system. They were very courteous and explained the whole process. The house was cooled back down on Tuesday evening and running great. It was around 32 hours from the time I called Cheeky to having a brand new system up and running. Could not be happier with all aspects of their communication and service. Would highly recommend them for anyone experiencing HVAC issues or just those looking for routine annual maintenance!!!
Chris did an excellent job. He worked very hard and was super informative and very polite. Great Job! He left his work space super clean as well.
Evan was very professional and personable. My AC stopped working and he came out after hours same day and was able to fix my AC. He explained thoroughly what the issue was. Thank you
