Tyler has done an exceptional job. First visit was our annual check on the air conditioning system. He explained in detail what he had done and offered solutions. We agreed to repairs and he was on time today. He explained what he was going to do today. Repairs were made and he explained that the system was operating as it should. He check the temp of the air coming through the vents and completed the job. Very impressed with him, his work ethic and his customer relations. Well done with customer service.

Luis did a great job determining the problem. But most of all he was polite, professional and kept us informed the whole time. (Commercial situation). We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of service we received.
I called Cheeky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in a few hours they had a technician Nikita at my house. Nikita was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure I understood what I needed to know about why the AC was not working and what different solutions were available. Thank you for a job well done. Highly recommend.

Edward, Carlos and the team were punctual; they started to work after putting shoe covers over their shoes. They explained the jobs they completed at my home, and then they wanted to know if I had any further questions. They cleaned up well after themselves. They were respectful, kind and hard working. I, hopefully, will not need them in the near future, but when I do, I will call Cheeky!
