Nikita did a great job replacing my hot water heater and all of the polybutylene pipe that was accessible. He also installed my air conditioner a couple of years ago and did a great job with that.
I've used Cheeky for years and they've replaced my furnace, hot water heater, my air conditioner, performed some minor plumbing repair and duct cleaning. The club membership pays for itself. It's also nice to get the same technicians and be able to build a trusting connection with each one.

Regan Kennemore did a great job servicing a new furnace with a glitch. He methodically walked through he repetition of the problem and various solutions until he nailed the root cause. He stayed and thoroughly tested the system after installing the new part. Works now. Regan was courteous and professional.

Last week we asked Cameron of Cheeky Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing to find and fix a problem with one of our furnaces. What made this problem more difficult was the intermittent nature of the symptoms. Cameron found a key symptom and used that to troubleshoot the problem. Cameron was able to find and replace the failing part. Throughout the hours it took to fix the issue, Cameron kept us informed.
A week later, the issue has not reappeared. Well done Cameron and Cheeky.
