We had our system replaced and it was not an easy case. They had to replace it and move it into a tight attic space. The crew was pleasant and professional, very communicative, listened to what I needed and was attentive to those needs. The install itself was done RIGHT. They didn't cut corners. I feel so much better as my unit before was installed improperly by another company. I would highly recommend Cheeky! They even purchased the same ecobee I had downstairs to add upstairs. I'm so so so so happy! Couldn't say enough good things.
Have been working with Cheeky for last few years and have always had a good experience. They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Recently our technician was Regan who did an excellent job! We needed some additional services performed which he was not aware of and without hesitation he agreed and although it required double the work he took his time and completed all the work thoroughly! We are taking them with us to our new home which we have just moved into!

Cheeky Technician (Nikita Rodabaugh) has been assigned previously for scheduled maintenance visits and I have always been appreciative of his patience and knowledge as updates were provided. Today he was assigned to work on a few items for replacement and I was extremely pleased with his diligence and professionalism. I hope DC Cheeky continues to send technicians like Nikita who know how to
1) work on and complete assigned tasks
2) communicate openly with the home owner allowing them to understand current statuses, potential risks and what to look out for in the future
3) be reliable allowing the customer to build and strengthen the trust in the company.

I have made it a point to recommend DC Cheeky to others when asked who I have used. I will continue to use this company. They have great receptionists, schedulers and technicians.
