Regan did a great job and paid attention to detail, addressed all questions and spent a great amount of time to ensure hvac system was correctly operating. The pricing is very high for different things. That's not his area of responsibility. 5 out of 5
Logan was very professional. He did an excellent job checking everything to be sure everything was working as it should. After his inspection he sat down and went over everything with recommendations as how I could improve my unit.
I suppose he did a good job, but he left lights on in the attic and in my closet that leads to the attic after I ask him to make sure all the lights were off
Cheeky did a great job installing my new a/c and furnace today. The guys who installed our system, Mark and Brandon, were on time, very professional and friendly. Cheeky wad cheaper than Coolray and we are very happy. Thanks too to Chris Kovach who sold us the system!
Joshua, Kris and Matt are very nice, polite, friendly and professional. They are very thorough and explain everything to make sure the customer understands what's happening.
Wes was extremely thorough and professional, didn't feel so much as a salesman as he explained every issue and the situations that could arise if no action was taken. He prioritized the repairs based on level of effect that they would have on our home and monthly bills.
