Yesterday, a CHEEKY HVAC Tech, Luis Medina, came out to perform a scheduled routine maintenance check on our HVAC system purchased and installed through CHEEKY. Mr. Medina has serviced our HVAC system before. His complete and thorough work begins with a pre-visit phone call letting us know when he will arrive. His overall demeanor during his visit is very friendly while showing concern for your particular service needs. It was great seeing him again.
Luis was great. He was very thorough and explained things as he went. We are so thankful that our heater was fixed before he left.

My technician, Kris Ripka, was a little late but called in advance to make sure I was ok with him still coming. He did an analysis of both systems; explained what my problems were and the short / long term options and solutions. He explained everything in language I could understand. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the mission and goals were for Cheeky as a leader in it's industry. I look forward to having him as my tecnician in the future. It was a great learning experience for me.
