I absolutely love this company. We've used them for several years now and have zero complaints. We have had the maintenance package for years, and let me tell you how much that helps! They've found issues that could have cost us thousands during our check-ups/tune-ups, and saved us from disasters. We've also received priority service when our AC went out and saved us from heat-rage against each other (because any other company would have taken WEEKS to come out to help us, but DC Cheek is always there lickity-split). The team who came out today (Jonathan Murphy) for our plumbing tune-up were so professional and kind and I learned that the new-and-improved water pressure I've been raving about? Apparently means that our pressure is nearly triple what it should be and could mean pending disaster. They always give several options for resolution (at varying pricing tiers) and never EVER pressure you into a purchase (and have had many visits where nothing was wrong or needing repair). All-in-all, DC Cheek is fantastic, reasonable, and always 100% professional.
Josh and team were great and very efficiently installed our new air conditioner. Once the work was done, Josh gave us a detailed lesson on how to operate our new thermostat and even had us try it before he left in case we had any questions! Would definitely recommend!

DC Cheek (Cheeky) had Alex and Charlie addressing and fixing a ventilation / carbon monoxide issue in my basement. Alex did the assessing and overseeing. He gave many great options. A day or so later, Charlie came out did the work installation in the utility room and explained the project process thoroughly. The basement smoke detector is no longer detecting carbon monoxide and the utility room is much more ventilated. Thanks!
On a second visit for a routine HVAC check up Charles and John came over assessed the equipment (previous DC cheek work of the past). They are going to make improvements on our system to minimize the amount of dust in the ventilation and work on our water heater as well. Both techs had great ideas for future home utility improvements. Charles worked with his boss to get us the best deal possible on the work being done next week!

Both Chris and Nikita were great when dealing with my HVAC. They were knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Quick turnaround with scheduling and the company as a whole was very accommodating. Mark and Brandon came to install the new system. They worked solid for 9 hours and could not have been more courteous. They answered any questions I had and cleaned up better than any contractors I've ever had working in my home. Great experience!
