Had my annual plumbing tuneup and Terrence was polite, efficient, professional and answered all my questions regarding this service. He even liked all my dogs who were supervising. Ha!
Chris was very professional during the quote process and put my mind at ease that we were approaching this the right way from a repair or replace perspective. He was able to clearly articulate the company value and educate me on the equipment and function of the system. I have not made a decision on the quote just yet, but my experience so far has been excellent.
Review update: I decided to move forward with DC Cheek on the replacement of my outdoor AC unit and inside evap coil. Installation scheduling was relatively quick, and the actual instalation appointment went smoothly and quickly.
Update 8/31/23: Terrance performed my first HVAC maintenance visit with DC Cheek. On time, friendly, professional. Quality service visit and made good recommendations on ways to improve the efficiency and life of my system.
Update 11/27/23: Kris performed my furnace maintenance entering winter. Service, friendliness, professionalism continue to be traits shown from the DC Cheek team.

Ryan Ekhlas did a great job with the maintenance and very patiently walked us through the programming of our system. He is a very knowledgeable, patient and kind young man who we felt very lucky to have take care of our system today.
