We called DCCheek today as our heat was not coming on regularly or staying on. They have been servicing our heat and air needs for 23 years. They sent out Alex Thompson. Very professional and very pleasant. He checked our outside package unit. He
determined all the sensors and other parts to the furnace part of the unit were working properly. He then determined the problem was the thermostat. He asked if we had any power outages in recent days. Yes we did. Last week for several hours. And that day is when it began but only once. So today, it stopped working all the time today. Alex replaced the thermostat, reset all of my settings. Works great! He's our hero!

Nikita shared the details of problems he found with our furnace in a detailed and orderly manner. He even drew a sketch as he explained the problems. He answered my many questions and made sure I understood the issues.

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained all what was needed to make my system work correctly. He was polite and friendly. There were 3 technicians and all 3 were very professional. We would like a receipt for what ac we purchased. We did not get a receipt!
