Ryan Hargrove completed my plumbing inspection this year, and it had been recommended that the water heater be replaced last year!! The water heater is in the attic over one of the upstairs bedrooms, so it was important to get it replaced asap. Ryan discussed options for reliable water heaters, assisted me with obtaining financing, and installed the water heater in a timely manner. I was not in a position, at this time, to relocate the water heater to the bottom floor of the home. This would have been the best option. Maybe next time! It was not an easy job, but Ryan brought another technician to assist, and they got the job done. Ryan was professional, on time, responsive to my needs; and he does quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan to others, or to use him in the future.
