Our water heater broke down, so I called DC, since they have helped us in the past with HVAC and plumbing problems.
Nikita came out right away, inspected the water heater, recommended a new unit and was able to replace the unit all in the same day. It wasn't an easy job either, because of the location of the unit was hard to get to.
He did a great job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DC and Nikita!
I also have to shout out the customer support team since they are also great. They're friendly, empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable..

Matthew was amazing! He got here early to the appointment and had everything running within a timely manner. And they offered me a really great service contract which includes my plumbing as well. Highly recommended ????
Terrence was awsome. He answered all my concerns. I definitely like the shadowing of new incoming technician.
Service technician was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. Checked cooling system, explained vent cleaning recommendation.
John was fast, professional, and likeable, but I never give the 5 stars max.
John did an excellent job of keeping us up-to-date with the progress of the repair. They evenf installed a couple of temporary air conditioners in the house to get us by until the part came in. We would get a call every day from John letting us know if the part had come in and what the tentative schedule would be when it did. John is very professional, and is a wonderful ambassador for Cheeky. He is definitely an asset to this company.
We had our Compressor go out on our AC unit and John, one of their service technicians was quick to get to us & remedy the problem. John kept us updated each day while we were waiting for the part to arrive. In the meantime, he made sure to bring into our home portable AC units which kept us comfortable. John was professional & probably one the nicest, most caring people we have ever dealt with. Definitely his professionalism is an asset to Cheeky!
