Great customer service is always much appreciated & Luis Medina was everything you'd want in a technician.
After keeping my old HVAC system going for several years (with excellent service, btw), I finally decided to have DC Cheek replace it (after waking up to a freezing house yet again). In addition to installing a great Daikin system, they also replaced the old failing (and now sub-standard) ductwork.
Matt did an amazing job helping me select the system and then designing the new ducts, and I couldn't have asked for a better install team than Will and Waleed. They were absolutely expert in their work; fast (they installed the furnace, AC unit, and new ducts throughout my house in two-and-a- half days) and friendly; and I'd almost swear they left my house cleaner than they found it!
I don't think anybody is ever excited about having to replace an HVAC system, but I don't think you could ask for a better experience than I had with DC Cheek. Would definitely, wholeheartedly recommend them!
Ryan was on time and professional, he clearly explained the different options for repairs and/or replacement for our tankless water heater. We were happy with the service we received. A special shout-out to the dispatching department for working us into their tight schedule on a moment's notice to help with our emergency!
Nikita and Logan did a fantastic job repairing my water heater. They kept me informed throughout the process and were clear and open about the cost. Always pleased with DC Cheek and their staff.
