Alex Thomas came within the time period stated. He started immediately to see where the problem was. Upon finding the first problem in the inside air conditioning unit in the attic he advised me that a section of the wiring had melted and burned and he immediately replaced it. He then checked the electric panel and found a short in the furnace part he didn't have the part so he needed to return the next day. Alex was very professional knew immediately what had to be done all the while was kind, respectful and really showed concern that I would be without heat until the next day. I would definitely recommend Alex again and again. He is one hundred percent a great person to have for his company. Thank you DC Cheek company.

I had let my service plan expire because in the past DC Cheek was really letting us down with weak customer service and unknowledgeable technicians who couldn't figure out issues we were having. We had purchased close to $20,000 in products and services between two complete HVAC setups and a tankless water heater. After two years of not having someone be able to come out and figure out why our hot water was taking so long, John Taddeo, (a master plumber) was hired by DC Cheek and he came out and figured out the problem. Fast forward to this December 2023, less than 3 years after our new furnace was installed, one of the interior parts failed, Ceasing our heat from working. I called customer service and they had Kris Repka out within 3 to 4 hours. He is apparently another master technician and literally explained everything he did from unscrewing the screws to putting everything back together and everything in between step-by-step. I was thoroughly pleased with him, so much, that I reinstated my service plan for another year. Whatever you've been doing DC Cheek, keep it up and DON'T LET THESE GUYS GET AWAY.

DC Cheek performed the HVAC services last year and this year. technicians were given the wrong filters at the office warehouse. Service manager could not match or beat online competition prices for replacement filters. Other than being a little late due to an emergency service before my appointment Nikita was very informative and friendly. He checked the whole system, inside units and outside units and cleaned them.
This year Ryan checked both units did some routine maintenance and changed out the filters. Everything looked good. See all next maintenance visit.
