So efficient, friendly, and honest!
Luis, introduced himself. He was professional, but very polite and courteous at the same time as well as being friendly. He explained what I was doing wrong with my Thermostat to try to change it from heat to air and explain that my monthly contract fee Does not cover service calls, which was a surprise.
Savannah was great! She had great communication and knowledge, very sweet and explain everything with ease. Highly recommend her. 10/10

Listen, there's a reason they've been the Best in Forsyth for many years. When replacing my old system was necessary, everything from diagnosis to post installation was top notch. After Alex was first to thoroughly and professionally investigate the problem, I spoke with Wes, who also diagnosed the problem, to discuss options. He walked me through the process and patiently answered a ton, and I mean a ton, of questions promptly. Incredibly knowlegeable and kind. A new system isn't exactly cheap, and Wes worked with me to find a system and presented a purchasing solution that was totally doable and as painless as possible. I am grateful. Mark, Zach, Will, and Brendan respectfully handled the installation, and it was completed in less than one day. And every time it was necessary to call the company, Shea and Lisa were absolutely wonderful. DC Cheek may be a company, but they treat you like a good neighbor you've known for years. Highly recommended!
