Have been working with Cheeky for last few years and have always had a good experience. They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Recently our technician was Regan who did an excellent job! We needed some additional services performed which he was not aware of and without hesitation he agreed and although it required double the work he took his time and completed all the work thoroughly! We are taking them with us to our new home which we have just moved into!

Cheeky Technician (Nikita Rodabaugh) has been assigned previously for scheduled maintenance visits and I have always been appreciative of his patience and knowledge as updates were provided. Today he was assigned to work on a few items for replacement and I was extremely pleased with his diligence and professionalism. I hope DC Cheeky continues to send technicians like Nikita who know how to
1) work on and complete assigned tasks
2) communicate openly with the home owner allowing them to understand current statuses, potential risks and what to look out for in the future
3) be reliable allowing the customer to build and strengthen the trust in the company.

This is my 4th transaction for home service with Cheeky.
Nikita came to our home to conduct an inspection of our two units. I was glad to see he was assigned to us, as he resolved an A/C issue we encountered approximately four months prior.
Nikita was thorough in his explanation of his expected service to be provided, conducting the explained services and providing detailed results. Nikita answered all questions I had and provided recommended solutions to further optimize our units.
I would recommend Nikita, and Cheeky, to anyone who requires their services.
The company came out to inspect why our new HVAC system wasn't keeping our home warm during the recent drop in temperature and snow in our area. The technician who visited was diligent, thorough, and highly knowledgeable, which led to identifying the key causes of the issue. I am very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
