Overall a good experience. Technician was performing quarterly service check and took their time in the attic and outside. Only lost a star here as they were not knowledgeable about our electronic filters that Cheeky themselves installed a few years ago. I had questions on the filter and they were for lack of a better word, clueless. Understand that not everyone knows everything but seems like a lack of training on the part of Cheeky.
Tyler with Cheeky came out today and quickly diagnosed our issue. He was prompt, courteous and professional. If you are looking for a great AC company give Cheeky a call!
