Our annual HVAC service was performed on 3/4/25 by Regan Kennemore. We found Regan very personable and professional. He spent time cleaning our units and checked to make sure they were working properly. After the service was completed he explained what he did and what Cheeky could provide to make our air cleaner and our system more efficient. We appreciate the text and phone call prior to arrival and the quality service that Cheeky offers. Thank you Regan for a job well done.
Logan Stewart performed our annual 11/24 HVAC service. He texted me that he was coming and even called to let me know he would arrive in 1/2 hour and so he did. We found him to be very pleasant and explained we had an issue with the sensor not working like we thought it should. He adjusted the thermostat program to read from both the thermostat and the sensor. So far it seems to work ok. As always we have found that your technicians provide excellent service which we appreciate. Thank you Logan, job well done
Terrence Jones performed our annual HVAC service on 4/30/24. It was the first time meeting him and we found him to be very personable. When completed he explained what he did and asked if we had concerns or questions. As we have experienced in the past, you have great technicians who are very pleasant who provide quality work.
Jonathan and Corey performed our annual service today,10/11/23, and as usual we found both of them to be curtious and professional. As Corey is a new employee of your company Jonathan explained the various options we had to optimize our system and air ducts. Corey was very personable and will be a valuable member of the DC Cheek team.
Jonathan performed our yearly HVAC maintenance today, 4/11/23. I have to say that I can't remember meeting such a professional, thorough and pleasant young man. He did an exceptional job cleaning the condensers and proposed various repairs that we could choose to make our system run more smoothly. Unfortunately they are not something we can afford at the present time. Thank you for exceptional service today, Jonathan.
