Nikita was most friendly and very helpful in checking my hot water heater and advising as to problem. From our conversation made decision to replace with new one. He made special requests to get new one installed tomorrow morning 8/6 between 8 &9 am. He represents your company well with excellence and you should be proud of him. Thank you for your help.

Nikita was great. Diagnosed the problem quickly, offered me several options, and the work started immediately. Nikita was super friendly, warm, and I will be calling Cheeky again in the future in the event of my HVAC needing looking at.
Further, my earlier review, I would like to also commend Nikita, who has been to my home and my mother's home on several occasions and always remains to be friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He always calls before arriving with ample time and keeps us posted throughout the visit. He's another keeper!
Luis came to check out why my mother's AC was not working in our miserable heat here in Atlanta. He was able to identify the problem with one of the units as she has two. He found the part returned first thing in the morning. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all kept my 89 year-old mother entertained with his wonderful fleet, sweet personality. So glad we joined their membership program. It has been very valuable.
Luis arrived timely and called before he came to let us know his arrival time. He was able to fix our issue quickly and reviewed other potential problems that he saw without being pushy and trying to sell us.

Monday during the worst heat wave of the summer, my AC died. I called Cheeky the next morning and they immediately came to my rescue. Ethan, Chris, and Cassen helped me deal with the problem. Today Mark, Jack, Carlos and Montana spent 11 hours plus replacing the AC/Heating system in temperatures reaching 100! These young men proved to a retired teacher that AMERICA's future is in good hands. They were polite, kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. I hope they receive compensation with a reward card for food or drink! They deserve this and much, much more!! Thank you. Cheeky employs well. Great service.
Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the faulty equipment effectively and efficiently. Should we have any future problems, we would ask for him to be the service provider.
