Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. (Nikita)
Chris was also helpful with decision-making on next steps for repair/replacement.
Even though the number was much higher than expected, very thorough and detailed.
DC Cheek performed the yearly A/C maintenance on our system. All checked out. Charles Sweda also checked our hot water heater including flushing it. In addition he checked the plumbing systems for problems. I'm very satisfied with the service I received.
Luis Medina with Cheeky did a great job for me. He performed the Spring preventative maintenance on my A/C and shared a cost effective solution for my system. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable to work with. I've been w/ DC Cheek for 12+ years and they just rebranded to "Cheeky" but they have the same great quality technicians and employees as before! I highly recommend them once again.
Prompt, courteous, explained condition of unit well. Great technician. Very knowledgeable.
Jonathan and Savannah were great!! Very professional, timely, and clean. They explained their finding thoroughly. Would highly recommend.
We used DC Cheek for our HVAC and plumbing needs for years before moving to TX in 2019. We moved back to the area in 2023, north of where we used to live, and were excited to learn that they service Dahlonega too!
Jonathan (Murphy) made sure the system in our new (to us) home was running well in the summer and Corey (Vaughn) just came out to make sure things are good before winter sets in. Both did a great job! They were polite, thorough and didn't mind our 95 lb Great Pyrenees wanting to say hello.
We've recommended DC Cheek for years and will continue to do so!
Updating Jan '24 to add that Luis (Medina) recently came out to address a heating issue that we were having. He was friendly, polite & knowledgeable. He figured out what the problem was and got it fixed quickly. Much appreciated!
Mar '24 update: Kris Repka recently serviced our water heater. Another friendly, knowledgeable & professional employee representing DC Cheek. Thanks Kris!
