Savannah was very professional. She explained the inspection process before she started and then detailed the results. She later emailed a quote for remediation. Savannah is an asset to the company. She was also very friendly with our dog and tolerated the dog following her around the house. DC Cheek continues to provide exceptional service.

Phillip definitely was a great technician. He serviced my HVAC and then made a recommendation about having duct cleaning service. I did just have a major reno so this was a good call as the ducts were probably compromised by the reno debris/dust. Phillip was professional and very efficient. He also helped me put something in the attic that was too heavy for me to do myself. I was most appreciative of his willingness to do this for me.
