Nikita did a great job of fixing a backed up drain pipe on our AC. He was professional, informative and very personable. He gave us several options to make repairs and completed the work in a timely manner.

Further, my earlier review, I would like to also commend Nikita, who has been to my home and my mother's home on several occasions and always remains to be friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He always calls before arriving with ample time and keeps us posted throughout the visit. He's another keeper!
Luis came to check out why my mother's AC was not working in our miserable heat here in Atlanta. He was able to identify the problem with one of the units as she has two. He found the part returned first thing in the morning. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all kept my 89 year-old mother entertained with his wonderful fleet, sweet personality. So glad we joined their membership program. It has been very valuable.

Nikita was most friendly and very helpful in checking my hot water heater and advising as to problem. From our conversation made decision to replace with new one. On Wednesday 8/6 Joshua and Montana did a great job of removing old water heater and installing a new one. They were very friendly and most helpful in being very careful as they did their work. They made sure that everything was working properly and went over things with me. They cleaned up things nicely after their work before leaving. Very good workers. Thank you for their help and work.
