My less than 3 year old compressor failed. While under a parts warranty, the labor cost was going to be significant. Cheeky was able to work with me to replace the unit at a fair cost.
Customer service is great! If you have an issue with your ac, talk to the staff over at cheeky hvac they will set you strait.

Chris Is a great young man and a credit To your company. He called to let me know that he would be here in approximately 30 to 35 minutes. And I asked him because of my Hearing Aids if he would be kind enough to give me a quick call when he got real close so I could open the door for him. He readily agreed. After he got here, he did a very efficient job, Explain what he would be doing. And proceeded to do it. After he finished, he explained exactly what he had done, Including letting me know that he felt they had gotten all the settlement out of a water heater and explained that in case the water got a color to it to just run a little bit extra. He is a very personable young man, very likable While being professional at the same time. In other words on a scale of one to 10 I'm giving him a 10+.
