Replaced our furnace last April. Tech Regan from Cheeky did an inspection last week. (all was great) . Never have I had a Tech in my home as talented, informative and friendly as Regan, he is a keeper and a credit to Cheeky management who hired him.
Alex and Mark were amazing. They were on time. They got my hot water up and running again in less than a day whole new system put in my house wasn't torn up the electric clean and they also fixed my sink for free thank you guys so much.
The technicians DC Cheek sent today were just wonderful! Personable, knew what they were doing and took time to explain everything. Really nice.
Tyler did a great job servicing our HVAC systems., Knowledgeable and courteous.. This is the second time he has been here to ensure our system is working properly.
Nikita took great care of my family and I! Knowledgeable, clear, and aligned with our goals to get the most value out of our dollar.

11/7/25, once again, I had a wonderful Experience, this time with Charlie and I failed to get his partner's name, but they and the rest of the staff, including Lisa in the office, continue to be customer service driven, and very professional and accessible.

Further, my earlier review, I would like to also commend Nikita, who has been to my home and my mother's home on several occasions and always remains to be friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He always calls before arriving with ample time and keeps us posted throughout the visit. He's another keeper!
Luis came to check out why my mother's AC was not working in our miserable heat here in Atlanta. He was able to identify the problem with one of the units as she has two. He found the part returned first thing in the morning. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all kept my 89 year-old mother entertained with his wonderful fleet, sweet personality. So glad we joined their membership program. It has been very valuable.
Charlie did a great job of cleaning my dryer vent. Cheeky is always terrific to work with and has well trained staff with excellent customer services skills. I recommend them
