DC Cheek and Matt were great, showed up on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I have used them many times. He took care of my maintenance, and fixed an issue I was having. I would recommend them to others.
8-7-24, had new outside AC unit replaced. My AC stopped working on a Sunday, and the technician was able to come on Monday to inform me that my compressor had seized up, and that it might be more cost efficient to replace the entire unit, which is what I decided to do. I had 2 quotes from Chris by Tuesday morning, he was great explaining everything, and an appointment made that afternoon for Thursday to replace the unit. Josh and Zach were outstanding, and took care of everything. While I hated having to spend the money on an ac unit, I could not have asked for a better experience from Josh, Zach, and Chris. I have been with Cheeky for over 7 years on a maintenance contract, and will continue to be a loyal customer.
