Terrance came yesterday despite a full schedule. He was polite and got to work immediately. He tested both the ac and heating and although the problem was not an obvious one, he did identify it and corrected it. It was wonderful being warm last night!

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained all what was needed. He was polite and friendly. There were 2 technicians and both were very professional. We would like a receipt for what they did. We did not get a receipt!
