1st of all, I love the graphics on your vans displaying the re-branded name of CHEEKY HVAC and Plumbing. We have used this company for over 10 years now. Their customer care and work ethic is excellent.
Today, service tech Luis Medina came out for the annual tuneup of our HVAC/Water Heater systems. I'm not the best with words but what I can say is Mr. Medina was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The UV light on the air handler had burned out. Luis gave me several options with pricing from replacing the UV bulb to going with a newer/more intensive UV system. No pressure, we agreed for now to replace the UV bulb, leaving open the ability to upgrade the air cleaning system in the future, if needed.
Thank you Mr. Medina for all your help. Cheeky HVAC and Plumbing is lucky to have you.

DC Cheek performed the yearly A/C maintenance on our system. All checked out. Charles Sweda also checked our hot water heater including flushing it. In addition he checked the plumbing systems for problems. I'm very satisfied with the service I received.
Luis Medina with Cheeky did a great job for me. He performed the Spring preventative maintenance on my A/C and shared a cost effective solution for my system. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable to work with. I've been w/ DC Cheek for 12+ years and they just rebranded to "Cheeky" but they have the same great quality technicians and employees as before! I highly recommend them once again.
