Had my hot water heater maintenance check up done today by Ty Hargraves. Did a excellent job. Checked all the plumbing fixtures etc.
Gave me some options for cleaner water solutions. Overall did a terrific job and answered all my questions.
Luis is one of the best service technicians we have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable and detail oriented. After servicing our units he went over a detailed report with pictures and videos of what he found and gave us options for repair or replacement. His ability to communicate and show us the issues gave us confidence in our decision. He also gave great suggestions to prepare for a basement finish. Would highly recommend Luis, Cheeky and their service plan!
Nikita was our tech, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained our situation and possible options. Nice young man with a good work ethic. Very satisfied.

Cheeky did a great job installing a new water heater when the old one went bad. They were timely and made sure we had hot water with minimal down time.

Terrence Jones did a fabulous job with my semi annual HVAC tuneup. He completed my previous spring tuneup as well, so was well acquainted with my multiple systems. Quick and efficient, with no followup required. Very pleased once again!
Technician was thorough and answered all questions I had. She was efficient and had a pleasant demeanor. Glad Cheeky is still employing competent technicians.
