Today's service was excellent.
We called Cheeky when we realized our system wasn't working properly. Nikita was at our house within 90 minutes. He took pictures and made drawings to thoroughly explain everything to us. 5 stars!
Cheeky heating, cooling is a company I just contracted. And my first experience with Jonathan Murphy was fabulous. He was attentive. He listened to what I had to say. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He was amazing. I'm looking forward to a great relationship with Cheeky Heating.
Mark did a fantastic job. He installed a new heating and A/C system. He was very knowledgeable and professional in good work. He was very courteous and friendly and went over and above expectations for his attention to detail and explanations of all the work!

We were not comfortable with this visit. It seemed an effort to find everything conceivable that could be done to our HVAC systems, and then to get an immediate commitment to spend thousands of dollars.
Nikita whose is a sharp professional. He communicates thoroughly. He had the knowledge to diagnose a problem that the previous technician missed. Great job overall as consistent with most Cheeky services over the years!
