Called Cheeky Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing and told them my gas furnace is making a rattling noise. They gave me a time frame that a technician would be out to inspect it. Regan from Cheeky showed up and inspected the furnace and said the Draft inducer motor was bad, he gave me a price of replacing the unit and I told him go ahead. He had to order the unit and came back a few days later and replaced it. It's all quite now. Regan was very nice and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working correctly before he left. I will definitely be calling Cheeky again for any other heating or plumbing needs. Thank you

Joe was great. He could've easily upsold me on a repair I didn't need but instead he just showed me how to avoid this user error leak again. Will absolutely use Cheeky in the future.
Joe did a great job on my routine water maintenance check and drained my water heater and did a thorough review of my bathrooms. He provided excellent recommendations which we will follow up on. Excellent diagnostics to determine why outside condenser not working to produce heat, gave alternative choice of repair vs replacement with estimated cost.. opted to replace unit with reasonable cost from Cheeky… staying warm now through all this cold weather.. thanks!
