Terrence is a real asset to your company. He is very professional yet at the same time he is very friendly and kind. It took him a couple of minutes to figure out what I was trying to tell him because I really didn't know what to tell him. Just that the temperature was wrong, at the wrong time, since I lost my power and it came back on. He got the thermostat set the way it should go so the heat will come on and raise and lower at specific times during the day and night. I would recommend him and your company to anyone I know.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give him a 10+ + +.
