John was at my house really quick considering it was a Saturday early evening. He checked the system completely and showed me step by step what he was checking for and found the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable.
As luck would have it, our 12 year old HVAC stopped working the day after DC Cheeky installed our hot water heater.
I called DC on Saturday and John came over to take a look. I was pleasantly surprised he came since it was a Saturday night and I didn't expect a call until Monday.
Anyway, John did his investigations and diagnosed that the motherboard was shot. An expensive repair,. So, John suggested speaking with a sales rep to see what it would cost to replace the unit.
Monday morning Chris from DC sales called and came over.
He took a look at our system and put together some packages for us. We chose a good priced option that fit our budget. We were able to finance it too.
They'll come tomorrow to install the new unit.

Great experience with Jonathan for my AC maintenance and cleaning. Arrived as expected, friendly, easy to talk to and he explained everything very clearly.

During our routine maintenance service Wes G was our technician. I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned and they offer that service also. Wes did a great job cleaning it, my inside connection vent and outside cover vent looked new again!

Our water heater broke down, so I called DC, since they have helped us in the past with HVAC and plumbing problems.
Nikita came out right away, inspected the water heater, recommended a new unit and was able to replace the unit all in the same day. It wasn't an easy job either, because of the location of the unit was hard to get to.
He did a great job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DC and Nikita!
I also have to shout out the customer support team since they are also great. They're friendly, empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable..
All around a great experience.
