Technician was very knowledgeable and explained all what was needed. He was polite and friendly. There were 2 technicians and both were very professional. We would like a receipt for what they did. We did not get a receipt!

Got there sooner than expected and was fast at diagnosing the problem
Due to recurring respiratory problems and having COPD, I like to keep our HVAC system in good working condition and the air circulating through the system as clean as possible. Having the HVAC system cleaned every few years definitely helps to keep it all in order.
Our system has had a UV light installed on it for about 5 years now Though it has worked well at keeping germs etc. at bay, attaching an Ionizer to the system promises to do a more complete job of eliminating the "nasty air" (germs, viruses, bacteria, molds).
Nikita R. was the tech who introduced us to the advantages of using an HVAC ionizer with our system and installed it as well, (with assistance from Samantha, a recently hired tech in training).
It's a rare occurrence that we are not completely happy with the services provided by Cheeky (formerly DC Cheeks). And having Nikita's professional workmanship attached to our new ionizer is confirmation of Cheeky's continued commitment to providing excellent service with well qualified, happy tech's.
