This is a follow-up to the recent inspection. Due to the findings and associated safety concerns, we decided to move forward with the purchase of a new furnace. Additional work was required to improve overall efficiency, and it was handled thoroughly.
Mark and Carlos from the installation team did an outstanding job. They carefully lifted the existing newer AC unit off the furnace and completed the installation without damaging any of the existing equipment. Their professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
