John was fast, professional, and likeable, but I never select the 5 stars max.
Ryan was very professional and personable. He explained thoroughly what he did and how my system was doing. He graciously answered all my many questions He shared with me options that are out there that I might be interested in, but did not push them on me. Most Importantly he respected my house and came in with covered shoes. I would highly recommend Ryan and cheeky.
Our technician Terrance was very kind and respectful. He was thorough in his work and while he made recommendations he was not pushy, just informative.

Our A/c went out and they came out immediately. The guy that came out was great! His name was Nakita. He was so knowledgable, respectful and efficient. He took pictures and went into detail about why was wrong with the unit. He gave us options.. from a bandaid to complete replacement. Then Someone else came out that night to discuss several replacement options and pricing.. They came out the next day to do a complete replacement of our unit and furnace. The crew was amazing. Done in one day. Cleaned up too. The unit works great and the google nest controller is awesome! I'm very happy with them and we got a 10 year labor and parts warranty with the subscription which also has them coming out 3 times. year for maintenance. Definitely recommend!! Matt and Mark were great too!
Ryan was professional and courteous. He explained what my problem was in laymen's terms. Answered all my questions. Above and beyond customer service. I signed a service contract with your company, thanks to Ryan. Looking forward to working with him in the future.
2024 May 17 Update: Chris Pye was just out to work on our water heater and did a fantastic job. I appreciate his thorough work and patient explanation of the status with me. Great service as always!
2023 April Update: just had Terrance out to do our annual AC maintenance. He was awesome and professional. DC Cheek continues to impress!
2022 September Update: We had Luis Medina out to perform our water heater maintenance. He did a fantastic job checking all plumbing in the home, flushing the water heater, and explaining how to keep the system running well. 10/10
2022 September Update: We had Justin Lancaster out to perform our air conditioner maintenance. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do and what he did. He was thorough, efficient, and very friendly. 10/10
Original Post: We had the absolute pleasure of working with Chris, Shelby, and Joshua from DC Cheek. 10 out of 10, we suggest doing business with this local business!
Chris was very thorough and clear with his inspection of our HVAC system and DC Cheek's quote to replace it.
Today, Shelby and Joshua completely replaced our old HVAC system. Throughout the installation, they were exceptionally professional, friendly, and completely courteous of the surroundings and area.
DC Cheek clearly does a great job employing talented professionals while ensuring that they are personable and friendly, as well. Two other gentlemen assisted throughout the day and were just as friendly and professional.
We cannot say enough good things about the value, quality, and ultimately the service that we experienced. We will seeking them out in the future for any future work we need done and will gladly recommend them to friends and family.
