Our lead installer, Mark Sanchez, was extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. He was patient in answering all of our questions. He is personable and friendly. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Promote this young man! This man deserves a bonus. He is such a great role model for other installers. He should be training installers, in customer care and customer service, when you are on the job. He is the perfect face for Cheeky. We hope all your installers are as personable and friendly, as this young man. His care of his craft shows in how he leaves things clean and tidy. It shows that he cares about what he does and how it looks when he's finished. That alone, reinsured us that we chose the right company to do our work. It made us feel confident in continuing to have a customer relationship with Cheeky. It also, encourages us to highly recommend Cheeky to other people.
His assistant, Cody, is also a friendly, caring gentlemen. Not sure if he was trained by Mark, but he has been trained well in customer relationship, while on the job. He was a pleasant person to be around. He also was clean and tidy with all of his work. He will be a great example as a lead installer. They were both, a pleasure to have in my home. People always dread workmen coming in and installers working in their home. Yet, these two men made it a pleasant "disturbance". We must reiterate how clean, tidy and respectful they were, while doing work in someone's home. They get a 5 star rating!

Love having a service plan with Cheeky.. it makes it so I always get quick and responsive service. Needed to get my annual water heater maintenance done quickly, as it was starting to have issues. They were able to get me in same day (bc of a cancellation) and take care of everything for me. Ryan came and was very knowledgeable about the water heater that we have and was able to check everything out and make sure it was able to continue working properly. He went the extra mile to check some parts that were throwing error codes and ensure they were fixed before he left. Continue to be a happy customer.
