When my AC went out late on a Friday afternoon, Cheeky was able to send a technician to my house the next morning. Nikita was very courteous and patient with my questions. He took time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my HVAC system. After trying some repairs, I decided it was best to replace. Cheeky was able to provide a number of choices and great, detailed info on all the different options. I've been very pleased with the service I've received from this company. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends!
Leeson did a great job checking the installation of our new hvac. He explained how it worked & even pointed out some issues we would have never known that he'll have the technicians fix to ensure the system runs efficiently & safely. All of the people we've interacted with at Cheeky have been nice & helpful.

Luis M is an exceptional technician. We enjoy his visits to our home; his friendly greeting; pets the dogs; wears his booties. He checks every part of the systems that we have and explains what we need in a way that we understand. I highly recommend Luis. We took a photo of my Cheeky aqua and orange outfit.
