I had an excellent experience with the technician who repaired my thermostat. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to clearly explain the issue, walked me through the solution, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
The technician, Regan, performed diagnostic and provided a thorough summary of the work that he recommended be done. Was very thorough.
