Matt was incredible. He came out to my house, after hours, & set up a new thermostat. He walked me through the app & gave me plenty of demonstrations so I can feel confident using this new product. He was quick, polite, & very efficient. Thank you so much!
Justin did our heating maintenance & installed two Nest thermostats. He was professional, knowledgeable & answered our questions. When we had to call him back about an issue with one of the thermostats later that day, he came back the same evening & helped us with that. He was friendly & wanted to make sure all was running smoothly.
