He was training someone, and definitely did a great job. The only issue was that it was scheduled for Thursday, and you all sent him on Tuesday. Worked out this time because someone was home. Scheduling was the only issue.

The unit finally gave up and I am lucky I was called the good guys at DC Cheek Nikita, Will and Chris. They were able to get my appointment in, ran in to a few "extra" problems but through it all and a long day for the crew I want to say a special thank you to all you did for us during the hottest days of the year.
