Joe Sullivan did a great job. Very courteous and polite . Serviced and cleaned the Hot Water Heater. Left everything clean. Cleared the air out of the lines before leaving

Josh did a great job on the routine maintenance. It is odd that customers now have to supply the air filters. Would think that would come with the service. It seemed like Josh was embarrassed informing me of this new Cheeky policy (probably because it does come across as a cheap way for Cheeky to pinch some more money out of the customer). But he represented the company well both technically and professionally.
