Great service and communication.
DC Cheek and Matt were great, showed up on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I have used them many times. He took care of my maintenance, and fixed an issue I was having. I would recommend them to others.
8-7-24, had new outside AC unit replaced. My AC stopped working on a Sunday, and the technician was able to come on Monday to inform me that my compressor had seized up, and that it might be more cost efficient to replace the entire unit, which is what I decided to do. I had 2 quotes from Chris by Tuesday morning, he was great explaining everything, and an appointment made that afternoon for Thursday to replace the unit. Josh and Zach were outstanding, and took care of everything. While I hated having to spend the money on an ac unit, I could not have asked for a better experience from Josh, Zach, and Chris. I have been with Cheeky for over 7 years on a maintenance contract, and will continue to be a loyal customer.
3-17-26, had my spring maintenance done on both my a/c units. Mike was knowledgeable and very informative. Cheeky has been great , been with them for 9 years.
9/10/25 Brian Henry was GREAT!! Very polite & professional. Great job!! Justin was fantastic, he explained what was needed for my unit. He took care of the install the same day. 1/7/25 Cameron did a GREAT job today. Very polite and professional. He explained the work and I feel confident in his abilities. Kedan was fantastic and and very informative.
Regan did an excellent job in a very timely manner . He placed batteries n my thermostat & assisted his supervisor in checking out my furnace.. I've had a contract with this company for over 20 years. Family owned business with great employees. Have recommended them for many years!
I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to MIke L. for the excellent service during my spring tuneup. Mike was on time for the appointment and proved to be exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing before he started and then reviewed everything when finished. He also explained in detail the company's membership plans. He is the type of employee a company should be proud to have represent them and should be proud of. I hope to have his service for my future equipment needs. Bert
