Great work by Reagan today from Cheeky thorough detailed maintenance inspection
Regan was my Cheeky tech today for our summer Air Conditioning maintenance check. He was very thorough in the evaluation and explained everything to me in a clear manner. Definitely a 5-star experience.
Nikita did a review of the install we just had done. This review verified the good work of the install team, and gives us peace of mind.

Nikita was most friendly and very helpful in checking my hot water heater and advising as to problem. From our conversation made decision to replace with new one. Evan Weaver came to attend to my problems I had with my AC unit. Evan was very professional and described to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix the problem. Going forward I would love to have Evan be my technician to come out and look after my unit.

Luis arrived timely and called before he came to let us know his arrival time. He was able to fix our issue quickly and reviewed other potential problems that he saw without being pushy and trying to sell us.
Further, my earlier review, I would like to also commend Nikita, who has been to my home and my mother's home on several occasions and always remains to be friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He always calls before arriving with ample time and keeps us posted throughout the visit. He's another keeper!
Luis came to check out why my mother's AC was not working in our miserable heat here in Atlanta. He was able to identify the problem with one of the units as she has two. He found the part returned first thing in the morning. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all kept my 89 year-old mother entertained with his wonderful fleet, sweet personality. So glad we joined their membership program. It has been very valuable.
Nikita was great. Diagnosed the problem quickly, offered me several options, and the work started immediately. Nikita was super friendly, warm, and I will be calling Cheeky again in the future in the event of my HVAC needing looking at.
