Alex Thomas was very knowledgeable and very kind and caring. Alex was out the same day I called, my heat went out and not only did he arrive on time he found several items that were done not to code from another company. He went and contacted his associate Chris Kovach and the two of them came up with a game plan to have everything corrected and to code within the next week, but I will have heat tomorrow they promised. They also found out that my insulation was not good and they are going to take care of this too. I can't wait to have all this completed and I will give my feedback on all things once completed.

Alex Thomas came within the time period stated. He started immediately to see where the problem was. Upon finding the first problem in the inside air conditioning unit in the attic he advised me that a section of the wiring had melted and burned and he immediately replaced it. He then checked the electric panel and found a short in the furnace part he didn't have the part so he needed to return the next day. Alex was very professional knew immediately what had to be done all the while was kind, respectful and really showed concern that I would be without heat until the next day. I would definitely recommend Alex again and again. He is one hundred percent a great person to have for his company. Thank you DC Cheek company.
