Very prompt and kept me informed
Terrance showed up within an hour of me calling the company with an issue and was able to clear out drain lines and install a ceiling saver quickly and efficiently. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable taking me through every step of the process and doing a thorough job even at the end of the day. We could not be happier with Terrance and our service

WOW! One word of our experience with DC Cheek Heating, Cooling and Plumbing! This team knows how to get the job done right the first time. Very professional and friendly! They were prompt to responding to our request for a quote. They showed up on time and answered all of our questions. They explained every step of the process and provided us with great repaie options and prices. 9/2024 update: Kris came out and got our HVAC running again. He was knowledgeable, speedy and just a great human being! Another 6 stars out if 5 experience!

We were scheduled for service two days later. Our house needed a refresh and DC Cheek is exactly what got the job done! They communicated with us with every step along the way. They offer online payments and promptly emailed our receipt over too. Our service was fantastic! Ryan came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and fixed our bathroom leak. Excellent service!
Kris and DC Cheek put their customers first. We discovered one of our air ducts was full of water on a Sunday afternoon, and Kris was at our house well after dark to check the issue, drain the water, and check for any other existing dangers in that moment. Kris talked us through next steps, and we trust them fully in the repair!
