Tyler McNeal was an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. Every step he made he informed us about, and when explaining issues he diagnosed he was very clear and straight to the point. A true professional.
I called Cheeky services due to an issue I had with my AC not cooling my home at all. They dispatched someone out same day to diagnose the issues- of which there were quite a few unfortunately. The technician, Tyler, laid out several different remedies ranging from an immediate cost effective measure to a higher-end and long-term solution. I was impressed by how transparent Cheeky was, and I would add it's hard to get this level of service nowadays. I would definitely be coming to them in the future, if needed!
