Had a great experience.Chris was friendly , professional and also explained my options to my son right away.As I am over 80 that was wonderful.Bonus- they are coming today to make the repairs which is also wonderful since it is 90 already at noon .

We have been a customer of DC Cheek for many years now and they continue to provide us great service. Our house is getting older and our most recent visit was our regularly scheduled AC maintenance. Our tech today was Evan Weaver and he did a fantastic job! He completed all of his work in a timely manner, clearly explained to us everything that was done, and also presented some potential upgrades we could make as preventative measures. This is our first time with Evan and we will definitely be asking for him on our next visit!

Tyler has done an exceptional job. First visit was our annual check on the air conditioning system. He explained in detail what he had done and offered solutions. We agreed to repairs and he was on time today. He explained what he was going to do today. Repairs were made and he explained that the system was operating as it should. He check the temp of the air coming through the vents and completed the job. Very impressed with him, his work ethic and his customer relations. Well done with customer service.

I called Cheeky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in a few hours they had a technician Nikita at my house. Nikita was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure I understood what I needed to know about why the AC was not working and what different solutions were available. Thank you for a job well done. Highly recommend.
