Cheeky needs to provide their technicians with the right tools as he could not check the coolant level without a tool that was required for this check.
Cheeky has been great at prompt communication and answering all my questions and concerns. I was able to schedule a full HVAC replacement within one week after getting my quote and the guys that came did a great job hauling the items up and down my tight narrow attic. They did a full system Air Handler & Heat Pump and took pictures of everything which gave me peace of mind. They also cleaned up any mess made and vacuum my stairs which is much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend Cheeky for their services!
I have been using DC Cheek for regular maintenance on both my HVAC units as well as my tankless water heater for a couple years now and everything has been going well. This most recent visit we had Leeson out to perform the regular maintenance and he noticed cracked heat exchangers in both my furnaces. Per their company policy, he had a second tech come out to confirm his findings, Wesley. Both were professional and extremely thorough in explaining the issue and next steps as well as presenting me with repair options. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue, it made more sense to just replace rather than repair and they presented me with options for that as well.
For my own due diligence I actually brought a competitor out to get quotes for both the repair and replacement. I think it is worth noting that this other HVAC tech, from a competing company, was extremely complimentary of Leeson and how thorough he was with his inspection. He, of course, confirmed everything and presented me with his own quotes.
I decided to move forward with DC Cheek to replace my HVAC systems ASAP and they were able to get a crew out to us the very next day. Which was great because the gas to the furnaces had to be shut off and it was cold that night. Will led the crew that came out to perform the work and they worked throughout to complete everything the same day. The entire crew was respectful and professional and careful to avoid any damage to the house while they worked. My wife and I were both working from home during the project and never had an issue and they left the house in the same condition it was when they arrived (minus the replaced HVAC system).
All in all, I am extremely impressed with DC Cheek and look forward to continuing to use them for my HVAC maintenance needs for the foreseeable future.
It has now been a year or so later and I brought DC Cheek out to replace my water heater. Joshua was on time, fast, made sure everything was good to go before leaving, and was respectful and polite throughout the install.
Brian Henry with Cheeky heating and plumbing did an amazing job on my bathtub leak. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend this company for any of your A/C,heating and plumbing issues.

Kris and DC Cheek put their customers first. We discovered one of our air ducts was full of water on a Sunday afternoon, and Kris was at our house well after dark to check the issue, drain the water, and check for any other existing dangers in that moment. Kris talked us through next steps, and we trust them fully in the repair!
