Friendly, professional, efficient
Shawn Thomas in true DC Cheeks form called us about 20 minutes out from arrival at our house. Service was very good, both service tech's were careful, respectful and helpful. After completing the HVAC inspection and cleaning Shawn explained what was done and how it would help the system run cleaner. Filter was replaced.
The only negative is there was a mess on the floor from the attic that wasn't cleaned up.
Chris was very professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help with a solution to help me replace my heating/cooling system. He and his technician Alex were both easy to talk to. Chris was able to answer all my questions. I will be referring my friends to DC Cheek with their heating and cooling needs!
Logan provided our winter maintenance check. He was friendly, proficient and professional. He provided clear, concise explanations of his findings and recommendations for future service and corrections for items identified in the inspection. He is welcome back to our home anytime.
John Taddeo did an excellent job for us today! He was a last minute stand in when the first technician called giving us an excuse about need a steel ring piece to install a wash tub in our laundry room. Georgia law specs states that laundry room insulation can be all plastic! Not sure if the first tech was lying or the company was pulling my keg because they didn't want to look bad by canceling on us a second time within a week.
Terrance did a great job. Professional, polite, went right to work. Had everything done quickly. Left estimate with me to review after the holidays.
Used again today and updated to add that Chris K and John T both exhibited incredible customer service skills, were so respectful of our home and answered our questions so very thoroughly. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!
