Cheeky rep was awesome.,,
Another example of the 5 Star service earned by Cheeky Heating, Cooling and Plumbing's Technicians. Last week, Tech Tyler McNeal came out to perform a scheduled maintenance check on our home's plumbing system. As is standard procedure, we received a reminder call that AM, a call when he was about 20 min.out, and yes he always had the blue shoe covers on when walking through our home.
Tyler was thorough, checking the water heater, toilets, faucets and outside spigots for leaks, water pressure and potential problems.
When finished with the maint. check he explained all that was done, asking if we had any questions.
I can't say enough good relating to CHEEKY, their work or their tech's.

Quamon came and did our yearly AC checkup. Couldn't have been more pleased: on time, excellent communication about the state of the unit, offered his professional opinion about additional services, etc. He's exactly the guy you hope for on these scheduled calls. Update: Tyler just came out today to troubleshoot my AC and thermostat. He did a great job explaining what was going on with the system, which is still running great for me. He came out the same day of my call too. Thanks a million, Tyler!
My HVAC system was installed 2 years ago by DC Cheek, and they continue to make good on their free maintenance agreement! ???? I have had issues with the AC unit not coming on without turning the power on and off. Today, Johnathan was able to figure out the reason, and he installed the part needed. The new unit has saved me money since I got it. Wish I had done it sooner.
Terrance was amazing. Jumped right to work and got everything fixed in no time at all.
Charlie Rstrada was excellent. Prompt, efficient, and very respectful. He explained everything quite well and gave updates of system. We've always had excellent service with Cheeky! Glad we use their service.
Kris and DC Cheek put their customers first. We discovered one of our air ducts was full of water on a Sunday afternoon, and Kris was at our house well after dark to check the issue, drain the water, and check for any other existing dangers in that moment. Kris talked us through next steps, and we trust them fully in the repair!
