Make an appointment, showed up on time for diagnosis and could have started the repairs the next day, but worked with me to fit into MY schedule rather than theirs. Repair went the same. Showed up on time, were polite, knowledgeable, professional and treated my home with care. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

TJ and Eddie did a great job today. They were kind, clean, and respectful of our home and our family members. TJ explained all of the install work and answered questions patiently. We are very thankful and will definitely use Cheeky again!
Nikita is always professional and very knowledgeable. Upfront about issues and prices. I have a monthly plan with Cheeky, so not sure how to evaluate pricing as maintenance is included in the membership

Hansel came to inspect our heating and A/C systems today. He did a great job and kept us informed of what he found that needed repair. He gave us an estimate for three choices that we have. He was friendly and personable and we would gladly welcome him again in the future.
