My apologies on being a little late with this service praise. Last week, our yearly service check on our heating and cooling systems that were installed by Cheeky occurred. Tyler was our service tech. He had been to our house before on a service call, so he was already familiar with where our HVAC system components were.
After a thorough inspection of our HVAC, Tyler explained what he'd checked and found. He even noted on the service sheet what add'l Cheeky services were offered to aide in the long term care of our covered systems.

Joe had multiple things that needed to be done and he was great. He finished everything much quicker than I thought it would take and updated me throughout his time here.

Cheeky technician Joe Sullivan performed the annual plumbing checkup and drained our hot water heater. He did the inspection very well and discovered that our water pressure was higher than recommended due to a faulty water pressure regulator. Highly recommend Joe Sullivan.
Nikita was very helpful in explaining the issue we were having and providing solutions we could work with. We're so glad to have had his help!
