My business had heating issues at the turn of the winter season and another company we contacted couldn't get out to us for a week. We waited and when they were supposed to come by, they no called and no showed.
So we reached out to Cheeky and they had someone to us within a few hours. Regan, our technician, assessed our issues and helped get our heat back on in the same visit.
