WOW! One word of our experience with DC Cheek Heating, Cooling and Plumbing! This team knows how to get the job done right the first time. Very professional and friendly! They were prompt to responding to our request for a quote. They showed up on time and answered all of our questions. They explained every step of the process and provided us with great repaie options and prices. 9/2024 update: Kris came out and got our HVAC running again. He was knowledgeable, speedy and just a great human being! Another 6 stars out if 5 experience!
9/30 update: Cheeky Rep Matt might have saved our lives today as he found that our gas hot water heater was pumping carbon monoxide into our basement, where we are using a bedroom. We had been having headaches and being tires. We are so thankful!

10/1 Update: cheeky Install Tech/Nikita and Regan arrived on time this morning and explained everything and did an outstanding replacing our 16 year old hot water heater and all tubing too! 6 stars out of 5!!!

We were scheduled for service two days later. Our house needed a refresh and DC Cheek is exactly what got the job done! They communicated with us with every step along the way. They offer online payments and promptly emailed our receipt over too. We found DC Cheek via their placement in the Best in Forsyth ranking for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) service. They did not disappoint!

Very prompt and kept me informed
Terrance showed up within an hour of me calling the company with an issue and was able to clear out drain lines and install a ceiling saver quickly and efficiently. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable taking me through every step of the process and doing a thorough job even at the end of the day. We could not be happier with Terrance and our service

Generally good work but pricing on all HVAC work is literally ridiculous these days
Nikita did an absolutely wonderful job on our upstairs AC! We were in a tight spot and he responded quickly with professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. He went the extra mile and got the part we needed and returned same day! Highly recommended technician!
