Savannah was very professional. She explained the inspection process before she started and then detailed the results. She later emailed a quote for remediation. Savannah is an asset to the company. She was also very friendly with our dog and tolerated the dog following her around the house. DC Cheek continues to provide exceptional service.

Wes followed up after Luis diagnosed the issue and explained all of the options clearly. He let me know about the full system promo that was live. He offered multiple financing options and got the work scheduled within a couple of days. Great experience overall.
