The technician was at the house as asked for in my online request. He called before he was on his way and was right on time. He was thorough in his analysis of the problem and provided various solutions based on budget. Very professional and personable. Moreover, although I was expecting to have to wait for parts to fix the AC issue, Johaan located the part and came back to fix the repair right away. His dedication and commitment to get the job done promptly and properly exceeded all my expectations. Would highly recommend their services.
