Updated to add: David Cheek came out to do a quality inspection on the completed project. We had a nice conversation and he wanted to ensure all of the work was completed to my liking. The fact that a company comes out to check their work is amazing! David and the whole team at Cheeky are great, and I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and neighbors!
Cheeky was the best company I have dealt with in quite some time. Nikita came and diagnosed the problem for me, and he and Chris Kovach walked me through all of my options. Due to the age of my unit I opted for a full replacement. Chris got it scheduled the very next day, and Edward Hernandez and his team showed up and went to work. They finished the job and took care to clean the entire area as well as walk me through what they had done. Thank you Erica Lemus for the referral, Cheeky is my go-to now!!
Rodrigo was very thorough with the inspection he did today. You really can't ask for more than having a professional do a thorough job, communicating w me throughout the process, and doing it all w a smile on his face. Very impressive.
