Luis Medina was very knowledgeable. He actually found a mistake the builders made five years ago, which we've been having issues with for over five years, an issue nobody could find or figure out. Actually led to us needing a new unit, they gave us plenty of options to just do a repair.
Really great customer service, Easy to talk to, Never felt like they were just trying to sell you something.
Luis' leader, Chris Novach, came to the house almost immediately after being called on the same day. Helped us go over options for a new system. Was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Helped us pick something that was right for us within the price range we gave.
They literally offered us to come the next day and install a new system. Their flexibility is bar none!

Terrence Jones was our tech today, he did a great job. He seemed to be very thorough diagnosing the problem. We had a couple of issues going on and Terrence was able to resolve the problems in just a short time. Same day service, Great Job Guys!!!
Justin was a pleasure to work with as he evaluated our HVAC system and mindfully took the time to track down gas leaks. I've never experienced a technician that was so mindful in his work as he truly took the time to make sure our family was safe from gas leaks. He communicated the whole way through with me, and his office to make sure the best steps were being taken for our system.
In addition our family is new to Cumming and we are so thankful to find Cheeky Heating & Air as they cover all of the needs this home has for heating & air, plumbing, and to make sure a home is working just right.
