Terrence was phenomenal! He explained exactly what was going on and was very encouraging and informative. He was not pushy and genuinely wanted to be sure that our family would be in great shape for the winter season. I highly recommend him to anyone!
Jonathan navigated some unusual circumstances to take care of a clogged HVAC system drain line in the house that I am selling. It was empty and he had to follow instructions to gain access and deal with the challenges of communicating with me long distance. At the end of the day, he took care of the problem and all is well.
