We were not comfortable with this visit. It seemed an effort to find everything conceivable that could be done to our HVAC systems, and then to get an immediate commitment to spend thousands of dollars.
Nikita whose is a sharp professional. He communicates thoroughly. He had the knowledge to diagnose a problem that the previous technician missed. Great job overall as consistent with most Cheeky services over the years!

The technician was really detailed in explaining and showing the issue. He was patient enough to look up my account and merge with my husband as it was not showing the member details on my record. Overall an excellent service.
