Cheeky technician Joe Sullivan performed the annual plumbing checkup and drained our hot water heater. He did the inspection very well and discovered that our water pressure was higher than recommended due to a faulty water pressure regulator. Highly recommend Joe Sullivan.

DeAndre Sutton came to do the Fall HVAC maintenance. He was communicative before arrival. He did a thorough examination and cleaning/testing of the system and was very professional and friendly throughout the visit. He's a top notch Cheeky representative, as we have found all of their employees to be so far.

Tyler was terrific. I have been a customer of Cheeky, formerly DC Cheek, for 5 years or more and their technicians are very professional and learned. They often make recommendations but do not pressure you into making them a reality on your system.
I have a maintenance program with Cheeky. During my plumbing inspection they found high pressure in my heat pump and identified the problem. They will be back to fix the problem this week. The maintenance program has helped me prevent major problems and hopefully prolong the life of the systems in my home.
